Delivery
Internet and Email Delivery
Using the Internet to deliver effective and efficient monitoring results makes sense for all clients, but each group has their own specific requirements. Delivery can take place via email, a secure client site within the e-Media Worldwide extranet, client intranet or customized to your current media management software. Whether changing the frequency of delivery from daily to weekly, changing the number of email recipients from 1 to 100, or delivering daily to your corporate intranet, e-Media Worldwide adaptability creates value in the service, and in the way you use it.
Hardcopy and CD-Rom
Clips can also be delivered via post, print or on storage devices such as floppy disk or CD-Rom. A CD-Rom can be delivered via post to any location worldwide within 1-5 working days. In London and New York, a CD-Rom Archive can be delivered within 3 hours via courier, and clients in other locations can choose between FedEx delivery or regular post, depending on the time sensitivity of the delivery.
Archiving
Available online and offline, archiving satisfies an important aspect of the monitoring effort. Looking at the boxes of press clippings, clients wanted to avoid having to allocate extra space to archive their online monitoring results as well. e-Media Worldwide archiving is functional and searchable in any format.
